Rental conditions apply to all additional drivers. Maximum of two additional drivers per rental. An additional driver fee of 25.00 EUR per rental applies. All fees quoted include VAT.

Minimum rental age is 21 years except for the following cars - 23 years for Standard Passenger Vans, 25 years for standard SUVs 4x4 and Intermediates automatic and manual. There is no maximum rental age or fee. A young driver fee of 11.00 EUR per day with a maximum charge of 110.00 EUR per rental applies for renters aged between 21 and 24. All fees quoted include VAT.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER CDW AND THEFT WAIVER TP LIMITS THE CUSTOMERS FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR THEFT OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE. THE MAXIMUM EXCESS THAT IS PAYABLE IN THE EVENT OF ONE OF THESE INCIDENTS IS 2000.00 EUR. THE MAXIMUM EXCESS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE VEHICLE YOU ARE RENTING, PLEASE ASK AT TIME OF RENTAL FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON WHICH EXCESS APPLIES. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REDUCE OR REMOVE YOUR EXCESS RESPONSIBILITY PLEASE ASK THE RENTAL STAFF WHEN COLLECTING YOUR VEHICLE ABOUT ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON OFFER.

Domestic one-way rentals are available for all car groups between all locations in Reunion. A one way drop fee of 30.00 EUR inclusive of VAT applies. All one way rentals must be booked in advance. International one ways are not permitted.

Rental vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel. If the rental vehicle is not returned with a full tank, refueling charges for the difference in fuel and a service surcharge will apply. Refueling service surcharge is 28.00 EUR inclusive of VAT.

All valid types in roman alphabet, only licence in renters name and originals accepted. Must have been held for at least 1 year.

Credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard. The credit card must be in the name of the primary driver (and the same as the prepaid voucher). Pre-Paid vouchers must be presented at the time of rental pickup. Admin costs of 45.15 EUR apply to the renter if the voucher must be refunded once the rental is closed.
Debit cards Visa Electron, Mastercard Maestro, Switch, prepaid, e-cards or Mozaic card and cheques are not accepted. Rental charges as per the signed rental agreement are debited at the time of rental pickup. Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.
Deposit: A pre-authorized amount is held on the credit card and this amount varies from 1100.00 EUR to 2120.00 EUR according to the car group rented.

In the event of breakdown or accident please contact the rental pickup location. A roadside assistance telephone number will also be provided at the time of the rental. If necessary a replacement car will be provided in cases of breakdown or accident. Roadside assistance is available 24-7. Roadside assistance is included in the basic rate for breakdowns except for in case of jump start due to customer's fault, lock out service or wrong fuel. Tires and glass are covered under the RAP option offered with a 4.61 EUR plus VAT extra daily charge. RAP does not cover lock outs or lost keys. An additional fee of EUR 300.00 applies for this service.

Supplemental Liability Protection - All rentals come with third party liability cover. This coverage is unlimited for third party bodily injuries and or death and up to 100,000,000.00 EUR for third party property damage.
