All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement. An additional daily fee may apply for any additional drivers. Additional Driver fee is waived for spouses The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.

Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21, and maximum rental age is 99 years. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 will incur an additional daily fee.

Driving restricted within the island of Tortola only.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW1) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW1 is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. You may purchase optional CDW1 for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW1, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW1, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss of the vehicle. A deductible of $1000 applies. If CDW1 is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Option 1- We Refill This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 25% surcharge will apply. Option 2- You Refill This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.

Credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction. Credit Cards Honored: American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA® An authorization in the amount of the total cost of the rental plus 15% may be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges. Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club®, Discover® logo. Debit/Check cards are not accepted at this location. If renting with cash a deposit in the amount of $1500.00 USD plus the cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. This deposit amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges

Roadside Plus (RSP) - If selected and paid for at the time of rental, Owner offers Roadside Plus, which provides 24/7 roadside assistance without additional charge. RSP includes replacement of lost keys (including remote entry devices), flat tire service (if no inflated spare is available, vehicle will be towed) and fuel delivery service (limited supply to help reach nearest gas station).

Must meet the location's minimum age requirements. Present a valid driver's license from country of origin. A temporary BVI (British Virgin Islands) drivers license is required by law for all drivers at a cost of $10.00 USD if renting for more than 30 days. Temporary license is good for 90 days and must be paid for in cash. If renter has a local drivers license, no need to purchase temporary license. Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental. International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the drivers license, if the characters are not in English or Latin characters, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an International permit is required or a Notarized English Translation is accepted.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) The purchase of Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. This is a summary only and is subject to all provisions, limitations, excSLItions and exclusions of the SLI policy. Upon request, a copy of the policy is available for review. SLI may provide a duplication of coverage already furnished under a personal insurance policy or some other source. Owner’s, employees, agents or endorsees are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of renter’s existing coverage. Optional SLI provides you with minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibility laws of the country where the vehicle is operated. This supplies you and any authorized drivers with third-party liability per single event. SLI will respond to third party accident claims that result from bodily injury, including death, with coverage up to $100,000 per event for property damage that arise from the use or operation of the vehicle as permitted in the Rental Agreement.
