All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement. An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers. The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.

Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21, and the maximum rental age is 75 years. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 will incur an additional daily fee.

According to the Federal Administration of Public Revenue, a government agency of Argentina, there has been an amendment to the Argentina cross border policy which allows temporary admission of leased vehicles from Argentina to Chile within the framework of the binational technical meetings, it was agreed to adopt a single form for the output and temporary admission of rented vehicles, and the recording of such events in a centralized database and information exchange via "Internet" between the two customs, due to this change, please see below for the following process: Unrestricted driving within Argentina. customer can also cross border into the bordering state of Chile, Uruguay and Brazil. Due to customs regulations, vehciles are not allowed to cross into Paraguay or Bolivia. Chile: If customer wishes to cross border into Chile, a permit can which is valid into Chile only be issued in the amount of $80 plus tax and airport fee. Customer must request cross border pass at the time of reservation, and must present a passport at the time of arrival. The cross border pass can only be issued by non-airport locations and if customer is renting at the airport, they must go to the nearest non-airport location to complete paperwork. The non-airport rental station will submit the request through an online process which can take up to 48 hours to receive the permit. The formal request form cannot be submitted before the customer signs the contract and customer must be present before transaction begins. From Region 1, to include cities Bariloche, Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Iguazu, Jujuy, Mar del Plata, Mendoza, Neuquen, Posadas, Puerto Iguazu, San Juan, San Luis, Tucuman, Rosario, and Salta, the customer can take any vehicle, however in Region 2, to include cities El Calafate, Trelew, Puerto Madryn, Ushuaia, the customer can take any vehicle except Economy and Compact vehicles across the border into Chile. Uruguay and Brazil: If customer wishes to cross border into Uruguay and Brazil, a permit can be issued in the amount of $80 plus tax and airport fee. This permit is separate from the permit for Chile and it can also take up to 48 hours to receive the permit. Required documents: copy of renter's passport and driver's license. No one way rentals are allowed between countries. Roadside Assistance may be provided at an additional charge when traveling outside of Argentina. Off-road driving is not allowed.

Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TP is mandatory and required in order to rent a vehicle. With the purchase of CDW-TP, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TP, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle. In Argentina, PLI is included in the CDW-TP rate. There is a deductible for CDW-TP ranging from $1995-$5500, depending on car class. $1995 – Economy to Compact $2280 – Midsize to Full-size $3420 – Premium to Full-size Van In the event of a rollover, deductible applies as follows. $3000 – Economy to Compact $4300 – Midsize to Full-size $5500 – Premium to Full-size Van Coverage from third party websites or customers personal insurance is not valid in Argentina and does not waive the CDW-TP fee.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Option 1- We Refill This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A 40% surcharge will apply. Option 2- You Refill This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.

A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction. Credit Cards Honored: American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA® An authorization on the credit card will be taken on all rentals and may range from $1995 - $3420, depending on car class. This authorization amount may be toed toward damages of vehicles, late charges or citations incurred during rental of vehicle. $1995 for Economy to Compact $2280 for Midsize to Full-size $3420 for Premium and above Debit/Check cards are only accepted at this location as a form of final payment. Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card with American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club®, Discover® logo. Cash is only accepted at this location as a form of final payment.

Must meet the location's minimum age requirements. Present a valid driver's license from country of origin. International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the drivers license, if the characters are not in English or Latin characters, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an International permit is required or a Notarized English Translation is accepted. Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental. This location accepts notarized Chinese Drivers License.

Personal Liability Insurance (PLI) is included in CDW. PLI provides you with minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibility laws of the country where the vehicle is operated. PLI provides liability coverage up $3,000,000 ARP (which is approximately $180,0000 USD and amount fluctuates based on exchange rate) for personal injury for all accident related expenses not pertaining to the rental vehicle or driver of rental vehicle.
