Sydney Airport comprises multiple terminals with domestic and International operating in different sectors, not within walking distance. Please make sure that you are aware of your arrival and departure location in order to collect and return the rental vehicle.
Customers arriving on international flights to Terminal 1 can make their way to our office in the arrivals hall after exiting the customs gates. Our staff will complete your paperwork and give you directions to your vehicle, which is located a short walk from the terminal building.
All customers at the Domestic Terminal will be serviced at Terminal 2. If you arrived via Terminal 2, please proceed towards the carousel arrivals area in Jetstar in Terminal 2 to find our counter on the ground floor.
If you arrived via Terminal 3, please exit the terminal and turn right, and walk for approximately five minutes following the signs to Terminal 2, where the counter is located inside. Once the paperwork is completed, our staff will direct you to our courtesy shuttle which will take you to your rental vehicle at our car park. The shuttle service to our car park is approximately a 7–10 minute drive.
